Getting hit with a friendly supply drop has to be the most embarassing thing that can happen to you in Modern Warfare 2. In fact, the care packages provide some of the most comedic moments of MW2, in my opinion. Whether it be your enemies inadvertently sending their gifts for you to claim or your realizing that you signaled the chopper to deliver your hard-earned supplies to the top of an unreachable skyscraper, there's humor abound.
