The inclusion of Solid Snake in SSBB still seems a bit weird. I mean, I like Solid Snake and I like Smash Bros. but there's definitely a square-peg round-hole vibe to the whole thing. In the end it might all work though. After all, Captain Falcon and Ganondorf are both characters that exist more on the "non-cartoon" side of the spectrum. I can't recall ever using these characters to snap necks and shoot darts in enemies' asses, though, which is just par for the course for Snake. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see how they tailer Solid Snake's move-list.

The links section has been updated to include a couple of new friends. First off, we have RPG-TV by C.J. Thomas and James Walker. Check them out. Their comics span games, pop-culture and even the slice-of-life genres, but no matter where they set their sights, they deliver on humor.

Next, there's Gamer Lamer by Andrew Beall, Justin Talbott and Rafael Solo. Games, ultra-violence and general oddity commonly combine to create interesting and funny situations that I can only hope don't mirror the authors' real lives. Give 'em a read.
