If you don't have some sort of working knowledge of Resident Evil 2 then I'm sorry, this joke will be lost on you. Why did the G and T viruses make eyes in random places anyways? Why not noses or ears?

In other news, I've been playing some Tetris DS for a few days now. My forays into the wi-fi arena generally lead to lightning-fast losses. There are people out there whose skill I know I'll never be able to match. No matter though, there's a certain degree of entertainment in seeing how fast someone can piece together seven shapes to flood your screen with crap blocks. It would also seem that Nintendo, inspired by the items-over-skill overtones of Mario Kart, could not resist the urge to force online players to use items in 4-player battles. Whereas I oppossed the blue shell cheapness of Mario Kart DS, I find myself strangely tolerant of the Tetris items. Whether this is because the items are more balanced or because they may be my only chance to win I don't really know.
